Presentation

Guided walk with commentary (FR/GB) on the "Vine, Wine and Heritage" Discovery Trail. Wine tasting back at the winery.
Founded in 1928, the Les Collines du Bourdic cooperative cellar is rich in tradition and experience.
Their wines, more than thirty cuvées, AOP Duché d'Uzès, IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard, IGP Cévennes or IGP Pays d'Oc are regularly awarded the highest distinctions.

Every Thursday during the summer, the Collines du Bourdic winegrowers offer guided and commented walks along their "Vine, Wine and Heritage" discovery trail.

A member of their "cellar team" will guide you through the heart of our vineyard, one of the most beautiful in Languedoc-Roussillon.
Meet at the Caveau de Bourdic in BOURDIC - 9:30 a.m. for a 2-hour stroll through the vineyards to discover our terroir, vine growing and the winegrower's craft.

Our walk takes us several times along the Bourdic, a small stream, and through the old center of the village of Bourdic, with its attractive heritage (12th-century Romanesque church, Protestant temple dating from 1838, 17th-century château, old bridge...). In the middle of nowhere, you'll be able to see some rare Paleochristian burials dating back to the 7th century!

A wine tasting session in the cellar brings this discovery experience to a close.
